What’s included with a base rental?

Each cart rental includes setup and breakdown, with the delivery cost quoted separately based on your event location. For the tap trailer, pricing includes delivery and full setup, disposable cups, napkins, and an ABC licensed bartender for pouring drinks.

What kind of customizations do you offer?

The most popular add-ons include floral arrangements, balloons, custom decals and signage, and food or beverage displays. Our rentals are designed to be a blank canvas for your event, and we work with you (or your vendor team) to bring your vision to life!

Do you provide the alcohol for the tap bar?

No, we are a dry hire service so we do not provide or sell alcohol. You bring the booze, and we take care of the taps, and setup. That said, we can provide non-alcoholic options like cold brew, kombucha, or mocktails if you’d like something ready to pour. If you need support sourcing or serving alcohol, we’re happy to connect you with our ABC-licensed bartender. You can also opt for a full-service bar experience with our licensed bartender when booking the Luxe Cart or Pearl Trailer.

How many types of drinks can I serve on tap?

Our trailer has four taps, so you can serve up to four different beverages at once. Mix and match anything from beer, wine, and cocktails to cold brew, lemonade, or mocktails.

Do you offer package pricing for multiple rentals or full event styling?

We do! If you are planning a multi-cart moment, want to combine the tap trailer and a styled cart, or need a recurring setup for events, we are happy to put together a custom package. We will tailor a quote to match your needs.

How far do you travel?

We generally service events throughout the Middle Tennessee area. If we are able to accommodate events beyond that, an additional fee may apply depending on mileage and accessibility.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received, so we recommend locking it in early to secure your date. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards via Square.
